Orders that are in stock and have been received and paid before 3 p.m. on working days, except on national holidays, will be sent or prepared the same day to be picked up in Gorredijk. Do you pay by bank transfer? Due to the processing time of your payment, you must take into account that your order will be sent one working day later.
Track your order
We will keep you informed by e-mail about the status of your order. Once your order has been packed and is offered at the parcel service, you will receive a Track and Trace code by e-mail. With this code you can track your order online via our website and see what time the delivery person expects to deliver your order.
Not at home?
Then the delivery person will deliver your package to the neighbors or to a PostNL location in the area. The delivery person will leave you a ticket with a “not-home code”. With this code (or with the PostNL app) you can see where you can pick up the package.
Good to know: PostNL stores your package for a week at the PostNL location. Then it goes back to us.
