Description
NOTE: With the original ball joints, the largest side is secured with a steel ring, it is often not possible to get the ring back on these covers. Because the old bullets don’t have a rim, the cover remains awkward. This can be solved by gluing the cover on the large side with, for example, superglue. Of course, this is not quite by the book, but the alternative is completely new bullets (and then also aligning them).
If the balls have already been replaced, they often have an edge and this cover can be fixed in the normal way.
Mounting material is not included.
Inner size small 17mm (stretchable up to 21mm)
Inner size large 30mm (stretchable up to 35mm)
So it’s better to buy dust covers that are a little too small than too big.
