How to return an article?

If the products do not meet your expectations, you may return them, if undamaged, unused and in their original packaging. An exception to this are products specially ordered for you!
Parts may not have been fitted or used or painted. (so first check before spraying whether the part fits!)
You have a trial period of 14 working days to return the product without giving reasons. (provided that the above conditions are met)
The reference date is the delivery date of the carrier.

You hereby bear the costs and risk of the return shipment. Incorrect, unstamped or COD shipments are not accepted by Alberts Oldtimerservice. The shipment must be returned in the same way as shipment. (properly packaged and not directly in retail packaging or in envelopes) Always keep your proof of shipment.

Depending on your wishes, we will exchange the item within 2 days (if available) or we will refund the purchase amount to your account within 14 days. Refunds are made in the same way as the original payment. For example, if you have paid with Paypal, we will also pay back with Paypal.
